Had an enjoyable 2 night stay. The staff were friendly and welcoming on arrival and gladly answered any questions I had. The beds were super comfy and the overall facilities good value for money. In a great location and a fun pub right below to enjoy the sport!

Staff were friendly. Bathrooms not very clean, only unisex so as a young girl extremely uncomfortable. My friend and I were in a room of mostly middle aged men which we didn’t feel comfortable in so put sheets all around our beds for privacy. The place was dirty and not well looked after. I understand hostel sleeping but many things were not maintained - the door was incredibly loud and creaky, the bed was not screwed together properly so also creaky, and the curtains did not block the light in the morning.

It was OK. Free drink for booking direct isn't worth it, if you book via Hotels.com etc Ok you will pay £3 more but get more than that in rewards points etc. Room was OK. Showers in poor condition (no curtain etc)

Cheap, convenient, great location. Room nice and clean, bed perfectly fine. Decent bar underneath for drinks and food. Toilet/shower room a bit grubby and tired - could defo do with a refurb. Can’t grumble though for the price 👍
