Location was great. Otherwise disappointed with this location compared to the many other St Christopher's inns I have stayed in. Took 10 minutes for someone to show up to reception (in the middle of the bar) to check me in. Facilities were minimal and dirty.

The first and probably last time I stay in a hostel. Currently typing this in the chill out room after 2 hours of sleep. Great place, don't get me wrong, but I never knew people could be so loud when they sleep. Thanks for providing a safe resting place after a night out.

The staff were so friendly, nice, and helpful!! The room was better than expected. A lovely place.

I really enjoyed my stay in Bath! It was quiet for the Christmas period, but the staff were really helpful and welcoming. It would be great if there was a closer bathroom to the room I was in, and the shared space/kitchenette could do with some brightening up, but I would absolutely stay here again.

The staff inc. Timaya, Phoebe and Mallon were very helpful and friendly. The showers and breakfasts were good. The only problem /i had was the guy in D2 on Sat night was talking loudly from about 630am on the Sunday morning (Dec 8) and my alarm was set for 7am. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They informed me before I went to my room about a fault with the sink, but it was due to be fixed the next day. Apart from this, the room was clean and welcoming, and the bed very comfortable.
