All in all it was okay. The stuff was very kind. Some other things could be improved.

Stay was quite good, have stayed at St Christophers' before, at the London Bridge VILLAGE location & only added convenience is the lift which does help a lot; at my Age! 😀😁

Reserve por error dos veces el mismo día STC-HMM-41872744 y STC-HMM-18694973 la manager de st Christopher’s Hammersmith me dijo que me cancelaba la 2ª reserva y me devolverían el importe pagado por error. Nunca recibí ningún email que confirmase la cancelación ni mucho menos las 28,40£ que pagué por error.

"I had an excellent stay in Hammersmith during my one-night booking. The bedding was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. Their attentiveness made the experience even better. Highly recommended!"

The location is good, and there're curtains in some room. On the other hand, the staff was really rude and unhelpful, and a mouse ran of my backpack and the staff didn't care. You get what you pay for I guess, but some friendliness wouldn't have killed anyone.

Stay was good 😊 No heating in the room with 6 degrees outside 🙁

Shocking, was checked in a room 303, the next day left around 7 am coming back after midnight finding my cars not working - when reaching the reception - has to wait 10 min for someone to appear I got the card reactivated- when climbed the stairs and reached my room I realised it was not to be open - had a heavy bag

I have stayed at St Christophers Hammersmith several times, and you really cannot beat it for location and the rate for the bed. Staff are always friendly too. Only one downside. They had no record of my request for a lower bunk despite making it several weeks earlier. Unfortunately, you cannot email the hostel
