It's a great hostel if you want to enjoy London for a few days. The staff is friendly, everything looks modern. The breakfast surprised us positively. We would book it again, but also hope that the hygiene will improve a bit.

The location is very nice - super central and I felt safe during my stay. Staff and receptionists were really friendly :)

I am expecting a full refund but the receptionist made it quite clear that he would not be helping me to get a refund when his manager was next working. Clean, comfortable beds and also fairly friendly atmosphere. Add an elevator facility for upper floors & a "Chill out" space with tea, coffee microwave etc makes it just about All one Needs; esp in Backpackers' Sort of scenario/arena/facility etc

It was a nice hostel, it met all my expectations

Friendly staff. Good beds. Just don't forget your earplugs.

Everybody was kind and helpful. I liked the privacy of my own pod.

Noisy. The pods are above a late night bar and at the front of the building. There is loud music till late, then the noise of people leaving, then beer being delivered in the early hours, then bins being emptied. Just stayed one night. Room was clean, peaceful and felt safe.

We enjoyed very much our stay, it is located very well, the breakfast is very convenient, the staff is very helpful and nice. That was our fist experience in a hostel and we know we will be back soon. Merci beaucoup!
