Everything was OK but only two things should be better: The check in starts a bit late (three pm) and It is so comfortable that they'd better let stay more than 1 week per trimester. :-)

Staff were friendly and helpful but the lockers in the rooms are useless as they don't lock securely even when using different sizes of locks with keys to try to lock them.

On Shepherd’s Bush hostel very good all clean all working, very cosy chill room- sofas, free tea, coffee plus microwave. In Shower room hairdryer and planty space in room. Will come back for sure!

Everything was good . Comfortable beds ,clean bedsheets. Plenty of showers and toilets. From bar to houskeeping very Professional staff .

First, I was at Sepherds Bush for 2 nights. The chilly room is wonderful. The shared bedroom was enough. But the next 5 days I slept at Hammersmith's. There's no chill out room. It was okay for the price, although, the bathrooms and the showers were very dirty. Also, they claimed that it was a party hostel on their website and I did not experience any sort of events or fun promotions in the bar area. Most people were in bed by 8pm

I'm a bit disappointed that I was told that I wouldn't be able to rebook here till February....

Ich würde diese Unterkunft wirklich jeden empfehlen! Die Mitarbeiter waren alle sehr freundlich und immer erreichbar. Es gab keine Probleme, aber wenn man Fragen hatte, waren sie immer vor Ort.
