Très mal dormi la fenêtre de la chambre est restée ouverte toute la nuit sous 0 degré impossible de la fermer

C'est cher et c'est pas trop bon , manque de chauffage, pas trop propre, casiers cassés, couettes en mauvaise état...

Overall, everything was good. However, I had a negative experience with one of the receptionists. She was unprofessional, uncooperative, and rude during the reservation process and check-in. i dont know her name but she is healthy, black hairs and wear nose ring. This aspect needs improvement to ensure a better guest

Really clean and quiet most of the time. In an area full of local restaurants. 5 minutes walk to 2 metro stations, different lines. Really convenient. Nice staff.
